How much does a website cost?
Each website is unique and independent in terms of functionalities. To provide an accurate estimate, we need to know what type of project you want to carry out.
What if I had already had a website or mobile app developed?
If you already have a website or mobile app developed, it is mandatory to do a prior audit to see if the existing product meets our quality requirements. Once done, we could budget it further.
What responsibility do I have in the design process?
A lot! For delivering the expected, your input and comments are crucial. We will be asking a few questions about your needs, tastes, and wishes.
I have a limited budget. Do you have any low-cost options?
Any digital product (app or website) requires a lot of technical and non-technical sessions. After having complete requirements, we may be able to offer you some cost-effective solutions. We will present you with a quote, and you can have your take.
How can I make payments for the services availed?
We offer several payment options (PayPal, Bank Transfers), ranging from one-time upfront payments to monthly payments. Under certain circumstances, we may request a deposit of 60% and the rest at the end of the project.
What if I need help with my product in the future?
We are just an email away! We are here to help you as much or as little as you need it, and we won’t go away once the product launches.
Do you offer free product revision/upgrades?
Yes. We perform standard updates (vary from product A to product B and will be mentioned in the agreement) to your products according to the period mentioned in the (mutually agreed) contract – monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly. However, any update beyond that agreement will be chargeable.
Is there any refund policy?
Yes, we do offer a 7-days money-back guarantee. If at any time you believe that you have not received the service for which you commissioned us, you will get your refund. Unless previously agreed, we do not offer refunds for services for longer than one month.

Can I still submit a resume if there are no openings?
We employ a large number of talented and passionate people with varied skills and backgrounds. Even if there are no matching openings or job offers, you can always email your updated resume at email@example.com.
What are the working hours?
To maintain the balance between work and social life, we follow a five (5) days’ a week working policy. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM (IST). For every extra hour, if asked for, you will be compensated equivalently.
Do we offer career development opportunities?
Our career development philosophy emphasizes the professional experience of our employees. Assessments and mentoring are two hugely important factors for career development. Therefore, at Thirtyfour, you can expect a combination of on-site training and e-learning.
How many days off will I have?
Employees (excluding employees serving probation period) are entitled to have Twelve (12) days of paid causal or sick leaves in a year. A maximum of one (1) casual leave will be credited to the leave account every month quarterly. Except for a few pre-approved cases, all non-availed leaves will be considered null after that quarter. Again, except for a few pre-approved, no employee will be able to carry forward or encash any pending leaves to the next quarter or the next holiday year. When do we get paid, and how?
Except for a few inevitable circumstances, you will get your salary on the 7th (seventh) of every month through bank transfer or cheque.
What is the notice period duration?
The duration of the notice period is variable. It may vary from 30-45 days. However, it will be discussed with you before offering you an appointment.
